Intended to enhance knowledge and advocate the use of RbME at the national and local levels, the workshop was participated by selected Regional Line Agencies, PSRs, and Local Government Units along with the technical staffs of the NEDA MIMAROPA.

Inputs provided by speakers from Desarollo Internationale Consultancy, Inc., NEDA-PMS and NEDA MIMAROPA focused on (1) RbME Policy and Development Context (Administrative Order 25), (2) Methodology of Logical Framework, (3) Ten Step Model in Building RbME, and (4) Regional Development Situation and Plan Framework.

Along with the understanding and knowledge gained from the lectures, the workshop also led to the crafting of the Regional Results Matrix (RM) for each sector. This matrix will be used as a tool in evaluating results from the strategies, programs, projects and activities specified in the Regional Development Plan.
