The Manual of Operations for the RDC MIMAROPA provides policies, guidelines, and procedures in the operation of the RDC particularly on the management of the full council and its various sectoral and special committees.

This Manual of Operations contains three chapters, namely:

Chapter 1. The Regional Development Council – discusses the institutional profile of the Council, its membership, the powers and functions of the RDC officials, its various committees, and its technical and administrative operations;

Chapter 2. Membership and Management of the Committees – explains the membership and management of the committees under the Council; and

Chapter 3. Standard Operating Procedures – provides the guidelines on how the Council and its committees operate.

This Manual shall serve as reference in the conduct of affairs of the RDC MIMAROPA and its sectoral and special committees. The Manual may be updated every three years.
