President Duterte appoints the new MIMAROPA RDC Chairman

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, appointed Governor Jose C. Alvarez of the Province of Palawan as the new Chairman of the MIMAROPA Regional Development Council (RDC). Gov. Alvarez shall serve for three years starting 2016 until 2019.
