The National Economic and Development Authority / Regional Development Council 4-B has transferred to its new office located at R.R. Paras Building, J. P. Rizal St., San Vicente South, Calapan City on February 27.  Atty. Romeo C. Escandor, Regional Director spearheaded the ribbon cutting ceremony with OIC-Assistant Regional Director Susan A.
