RPMC-MIMAROPA Visit in Coron and Busuanga, Palawan

The RPMC team composed of representatives from DBM, DILG, OP-PMS, NEDA and RDC private sector representative in coordination with the municipal government of Coron will visit Busuanga and Coron, Palawan on February 16-21, 2014. The projects to be visited are ports, airport, roads and bridges, health and school facilities devastated by typhoon Yolanda. The team will also visit irrigation, flood & control projects and DSWD’s KALAHI-CIDSS and 4Ps (Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program) project implementation.

MIMAROPA RPFP Updating for completion this year

The MIMAROPA Regional Development Council (RDC) has called for the updating of the Regional Physical Framework Plan, 2004-2030 to Incorporate Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR)-Climate Change Adaptation in order to address the growing concerns on the effects and impacts of disaster in regional development. NEDA MIMAROPA conducts workshop on RbME

The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) MIMAROPA and Project Monitoring Staff (PMS) in coordination with the Desarollo Internationale Consult, Inc., conducted a three-day workshop on Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation (RbME), January 29-31, 2013 at Vencio’s Garden Hotel, Tawiran, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. Intended to enhance knowledge and advocate the use of RbME at the national and local levels, the workshop was participated by selected Regional Line Agencies, PSRs, and Local Government Units along with the technical staffs of the NEDA MIMAROPA.
