NEDA MIMAROPA receives PRIME HRM recognition


The NEDA MIMAROPA was recognized in two core systems under the Program of Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME HRM) Maturity Level II. These systems are the recruitment, selection and placement and performance management. The agency was given recognition during the 2019 Civil Service Commission (CSC) IV Recognition Rites at Hotel Rembrandt, Quezon City, on December 11, 2019.

OIC Regional Director Susan A. Sumbeling of NEDA MIMAROPA together with Joel M. Paule, OIC chief of FAD and Pamela L. de Torres, administrative officer IV, received the certificates of recognition given by Director Karin Litz P. Cerna of CSC IV.

NEDA MIMAROPA was recognized for its effort in promoting people excellence for the efficient and effective delivery of public service together with 23 other government agencies in Region IV, three in MIMAROPA and 20 in CALABARZON.

In accepting the award, the agency commits to continue improving its human resource management systems, practices, and competencies and comply with Civil Service rules and regulations to ensure the competence of public servants and to be conferred two more recognition in PRIME HRM systems by 2020. These are learning and development, and rewards and recognition.
