NEDA MIMAROPA conducts gender responsive RPMES training

The NEDA MIMAROPA as the RPMC secretariat conducted training on gender responsive regional project monitoring and evaluation system (RPMES) on April 18-21, 2017 at Parang Beach Resort, Calapan City.

The training participants are members of the regional project monitoring committee, members of the local project monitoring committee of the five provinces and two cities of the region, and representatives from the implementing agencies of DOH-CHD, DEPED, DPWH, and DA.

The training enhanced the participants’ knowledge on gender issues and provided them with tools on how to conduct gender responsive monitoring and evaluation.

Former NEDA 8 Assistant Regional Director and Gender and Development (GAD) advocate, Ms. Ma. Purisima Sanopo, served as the resource person to the training.
